As someone who baits bear it is not easy, it’s easier going on a 10 day moose hunt then managing a bait station.

There are lots of misconceptions about baiting. It’s takes a lot of work, helps local populations, and allows hunters to target mature bear.
In Ak bear baiters have about a 30% success rate each year. Which is similar to other species that are not baited.
