Hard to believe this woman is a veterinarian.

Apr 18, 2015 4:45 PM

A vet in Texas, who should be saving animals, bragged about killing one with a bow on Facebook. When word began to spread about this, she was arrogant enough to post "And no I did not lose my job. Psshh. Like someone would get rid of me. I’m awesome."

Luckily, she was very mistaken.

She's a monster

None the less.. hope you lost your job and then some.

You capture and neuter feral cats, it keeps the population down. You don't kill them.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

It wasn't a pretty. Stop spreading lies.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 12

Lol she hunted a wild animal, whats the big fucking deal? Combat medics know how to shoot people and save lives...

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

She looks like the type that was most likely spoiled and pampered her whole life, and I bet her friends though this was "hilarious" sadly

tldr: conduct conduct conduct conduct

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Says she was 31 it's possible . As terrible as it seems in Tennessee they put down any coyotes they catch. Sister found a pup and then rip

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Coyotes are well known for killing small farm animals. Most areas that have them have a bounty system in place, or something similar.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Yeah I forgot to mention my sister is a vet. Maybe the cat was a pest? Not saying it was right but I know people in TN that shoot their 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Upvoting so everyone sees this cunts face

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As somebody who lives in Texas, why do I have to get this story from a .uk?! This needs to be more important to local stations.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I very much hope that the local PD picks up on this and charges her with animal cruelty.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I'll take "What the holy FUCK was she thinking?!" for $500, Alex.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 4

Not condoning the conduct, but aren't feral cats considered a nuisance? What if this had been a feral hog?

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

It wasn't a feral cat. It turned out to be someone's pet. And there are many alternatives to shooting it in the head w an arrow and bragging

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

It wasn't a pet cat.

11 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 20

You must know the cat personally ?

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 7

You don't??

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 4

Yes it was, his name wasTiger.

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 5

No it wasn't. Someone reported that it was, and the rescue group that it supposedly came from said it just had similar markings.

Conduct

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Facebook shit should stay on facebook.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 9

She needs her license revoked also.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In the uncensored photo you can see blood on the hind leg of the cat. speculation says she trapped it then shot it.

11 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Wow it was a fucking feral cat. Who gives a fuck? Wish people had this reaction to actual fucking problems.

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 12

It wasn't a feral cat actually, it was an elderly couple's pet.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Well if you live on farms people dump cats there without asking and soon your literally dealing with hundreds of cats and you have to 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 10

Wasn't on a farm, was in a neighborhood the cat was a pet.

11 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 3

start killing them there simply isn't any other option. Usually you don't enjoy killing them or show it off though >.>

11 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 5

A lot of places are starting to do TNR, which is a viable option instead of killing

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

No, it really is not in some areas. There are populations of feral cats that have brought species to near extinction with their presence.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 3

She's saving thousands of wild creatures every time she kills a feral cat.

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 17

People who ignore the slaughter of innocent wildlife because the killer reminds them of their pet are unsympathetic intellectual cowards.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

C'mon - it's a *feral* cat! They NEED to be put down. I used to trap them by the dozen to turn over to animal control.

11 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 13

Not a ferel cat, a pet named Tiger

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Lots of places will neuter the cats and then release them again or put them for adoption. Shooting them in the head w arrows, not great

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

it was not feral. it turned out to be a patient of hers.

11 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 3

Aww - that's not cool. THAT I won't condone.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

I hate how the internet is attacking her so what she shot a cat with a bow life goes on

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

strange, the picture in the article clearly shows her name to be Kristen, yet it says there is a group for arresting Karen

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

For all those talking about feral cats being a nuisance. You're right, but an arrow would not be the way to do it nor is posting it on FB.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

They condoned her for "animal cruelty" - what she did is commendable, as feral cat population needs to be controlled. It was very humane.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 15

Once again not a feral cat. Was a family pet named Tiger that got out. read the article

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Bow and arrow is humane? ? ? There are other methods of controlling animal population?

11 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Read the article. Was a pet, not feral. You'd feel differently if you saw someone bragging, holding your dead pet with an arrow through it.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Honestly, feral cats are pretty bad for the environment. The simple solution is spay and neuter yours, but with already feral cats, 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 71 Dislikes 14

There are a good number of "spay and release" programs where if you take a feral cat in, they'll spay it and you can set it free again.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I see your point, but where she fucked up was posting and bragging with no remorse.

11 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

Yeah but if it doesn't run away from humans, let alone stupid ones with weapons, it's probably not feral.

11 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

turned out to not be a feral.

11 years ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 3

Wait, so she straight up murdered someone's cat with a bow?

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

We have a local non profit organization that traps, spays/neuter sand vaccinated feral cats. Humane and effective. The numbers are dwindling

11 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that is something that is done in lots of areas, but it is much more of a long con. If there is an immediate problem, it isn't viable.

11 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

I have to agree, but it should be up to animal control, not a vigilante veterinarian.

11 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

She is in the veterinary medical board. She is a vet

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You say that like I didn't read any of the post.

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

used my phone and replied tot he wrong comment :(

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It isn't as simple. Of course, just killing them off is cruel to most people, but sometimes the good things don't always make you feel good.

Dont have to act as a douche tough.

11 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

No, and that's where this bitch went wrong.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

yup

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'd love to drive an arrow through her idiot head. I wouldn't even hesitate.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 6

You wouldn't hesitate to commit murder? r

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Not on someone who brutally murdered an innocent animal

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 3

Maybe the feral cat had been killing chickens. Also an arrow through the head is a pretty quick way to end a life. As other people are 1/2

11 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

saying, feral cats can be incredibly destructive.

11 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

It was a pet cat. She is a murderer.
