Well I used the old $5 frame, crank, and fork for now. Might replace all three come spring. Winters in Chicago can get nasty.

Looks like an old Panasonic / Nishiki.

The serial is on the bottom bracket, not the rear drop out like a Nishiki. Not sure what the frame is. Just one from a resale shop for $5
