"Sir I made these new pants"
"Don't you remember, I said NO POCKETS on women's pants"
"O don't worry sir, these are fake pockets. Just for decoration, totally not functional."

"I want a burlap sack skirt"
"Sure, what do you want me to do with it? Long, short, fitted, a-line?"
"Just the burlap sack itself."

"Sir I've designed all of these cute and colorful bras for our new collection"
"Nice, let's only sell them in A-C cups"
"What about everyone else?"
"Black, white and beige only. And make sure the straps are obnoxiously thick and hideous"

"Speaking of bras, let's make a tank top with a built in bra"
"Smart,, that way they don't have to wear an extra layer underneath"
"Make sure the bra provides no support whatsoever"

"Denim underwear shorts"
"Should we sell them as underwear or as shorts?"
"Yes"

"Let's make a sweatshirt with bullet holes in it"
"That doesn't really seem like our target demographic sir"
"It is if we charge $600 for it"

"I think it's time we created a line of workout wear pants"
"Smart, there's a real gap in the market for high quality gear"
"Make ours so thin the butt is see through"

"Women are so confusing - I just wish I had some way to express that in my design."
"Yes sir, they are a question mark"
"Great idea"
"That wasn't an idea..."
"Send it to production"

"Sir here's the prototype of the new underwear you requested. In tests the models said it was very uncomfortable - like having a permanent wedgie."
"That's perfect."

"How's that ribbon shirt coming along?"
"Good sir, I should be fin" -
- "Nope, this is done."

"Have you seen my glasses?"
"No sir, but that's not even"
"Whatever, close enough"

You forgot shoes. "Design them so they look cute on small feet, and clownish and stupid on large feet"

In #1 her ass looks like an owl. I know nothing about fashion... is, is that cool?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Make sure only human coat hangers are capable of wearing them

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 2

I'm probably severely late to the party, but I just realized women don't get pockets so they have to buy purses to carry their women things.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

If your thong feels like a wedgie you need a bigger size. They're actually really comfortable.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 3

I'm not sure there's any way to prevent that tiny string from climbing up your ass

It's sad and true. It seems that comfort, style and functionality never intersect in women's fashion. Also, one size does NOT fit all!

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

That’s not true, it’s just very expensive to have both.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Style is basically clothing that says, "I don't do anything physical for a living."

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Exactly.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

All this without mentioning the arcane practice of rolling a d20 to put a size label on it, seemingly at random.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

I don't understand a word of this... I'm a guy.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Can we talk about the foot/toe on the wedgie of the thong?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Haha I love these +1

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

No yeah I totally agree. But is that a "fuck-you" foot on them panties? That's fantastic!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Yes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Why is that wedgie underwear flipping me off?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Seriously, this is why girls lose our fucking minds over skirts or dresses with pockets. ITS SO USEFUL.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I understand from many ladies that thongs are very comfortable.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

SOME thongs. Lol.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Pocketless pants are the bane of my existence! Gah! Alternate note, dresses with pockets rock my world.

9 years ago | Likes 479 Dislikes 1

I think if you have strechy jeans regular pockets might deform it. On the other hand every jean I have has back pockets.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have two pairs of jeans with the front pockets being fake. I am reminded whenever I wish to use them.

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

It should be a law that dresses are to have pockets!

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I'm wearing a dress with pockets right now!

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

As a guy, dresses with pockets are amazing. I don't have to carry around phones and stuff

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

and yet toddler clothing has pockets! What in the world would a child need to put in a pocket other than some dirt!?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just got new pants from Stitch Fix and the first thing I checked was the pockets. They're fake.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

YESSSSSSSSS

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

This is my constant complaint! I only buy men's pajama pants because women's don't have pockets. NOT EVEN OUR PAJAMAS HAVE POCKETS. Ugh.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

"Women don't need pockets on pajamas, they should look cute and stupid", - that designer, probably.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Me too! Some place to put my wallet!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

OMG they're the best. I've bought dresses exclusively for their pockets.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Same. It's like "ooh, a dress! But I don't need a dress. BUT IT HAS POCKETS!" and then I shut up and give my money.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They're like unicorns, once you find them you may never see them again!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

YES DRESSES WITH POCKETTTTSSSS

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I've bought quite a few items only to realize that the pockets were fakes. It's such a let down.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

maybe one day... when i retire (if ever) I'll open up a shop called "pockets" and spend all day designing womens clothes with pockets →

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

→ and then i can die happy knowing i've made the world a better place.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Please do this. Please.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Long Johns.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is my constant complaint! I only buy men's pajama pants because women's don't have pockets. NOT EVEN OUR PAJAMAS HAVE POCKETS. Ugh.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I finally found jeans with pockets.... They're only 1 inch deep but at least I can fit a penny or a chapstick in there

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Everything should have pockets

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

a friend got married and had pockets in her wedding dress. that was basically the first thing she said to me when i said i liked her dress

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Yeah my bestie had pockets sewn into her wedding dress by a tailor. Such a good move too.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I only own dresses with pockets. Every time I wear one and someone says they like my dress my response is "thanks. It has pockets!"

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

OOOOOOOOOH! I love dresses with pockets!!!!!

9 years ago | Likes 61 Dislikes 0

My wedding dress has pockets...

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 0

You won the jackpot

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

So did mine!! I bet Donna Noble wishes her wedding dress had pockets

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would hope everyone wants pockets on dresses

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I just wet my panties.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bruh..

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Men's designers: "OK boss we make jeans for short fat guys. Should we make them for short thin guys too?" "No, at least 30 inch inseams."

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The bra one omg soooooo true

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

@op are you saying there is a real opportunity for creating normal clothes that just work ?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a make who likes cargo pants...put pockets in women's pants. Just cuz I can carry my wife's phone doesn't mean I want to.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To be fair on larger cup bras you need all the support you can get

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

sure, but that doesn't mean they can't be fun looking

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, but the straps always slip off my shoulders, so I'm not sure how much they do.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ok. As a guy: Why the no-pockets? Like. I try imagining a world without pockets... It would be so much worse than this one. Why no pockets?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It sucks but I think the reason is that on tight fitting pants you can see the internal line of the pocket through the material.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But... then don't make 'em tight man. Like, if I gotta choose, pockets all the way. Cargo pants ftw!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

DD looking for cute/fun bras is the worst! always beige :(

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Black is my color

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Try looking for low band size and H / I cups. So many granny bras and with $85.00+ prices. F.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

ALSO CAN CONFIRM VERY ANNOY MUCH MONEY

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Fair. Don't get me started on women's shirts that don't have room for boobs...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Even with A-C cups they make the boob areas like spheres that stick out, like you could stick fruit in some of the A cup bras I've seen

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Ugh. This makes it so hard to find a 34A which is apparently a size they think no one has. Im lucky to find one at all let alone a nice one.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

It's like all the designers go "they have all the same size boobs, right? Eh, probably"

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

As a woman with a larger cup size, a 1000x yes to prettier bras. I get the thick straps but can a bitch get some lace and polka dots too?

9 years ago | Likes 83 Dislikes 0

There was mention of large cup size.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

I don't even need lace, but some pretty colors and fun prints would be nice.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Yeah, just this. I don't like lace or dangly bits.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You don't deserve pretty bras, you already have big boobs, it's your punishment. -rolls eyes-

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

#rekt

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Lane Bryant has the best larger size bras out there. That's assuming you're not a 32DDD.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I am! Unfortunately that was eerily spot on!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's because I'm in your closet right now.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I am! I used to agree w/ the hate, but got a bunch of comfortable & sexy bras from VS. I think they increased size range, tons of options.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I got all my H cups from LB, but there aren't a lot of pretty things once you get to that size, unfortunately.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm a 38F and have gotten some pretty bras from Adoreme. They are more affordable than ones I've gotten at specialty stores.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Thank you for the tips for my girls, ladies!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Same size here. Depending on your shape, I like Panache, Freya, and Rosme. And they don't cost a fortune.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Seriously. We want to have cute matching bras and panties too.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Amen sista!

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And what about all those cute bras that I can't wear because they don't make them in 36A's?!

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

That thong was giving me the middle toe.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As someone who's studying fashion, I've really enjoyed this series a ton. I hope you keep doing them, @OP

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

If you design and market a line of ladies jeans sized by inches for waist, crotch to waist, and inseam, I will buy them. I will buy a dozen

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I know dozens of other people who would also buy dozens

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

There is a market for this, plus size especially, that are just begging for this to exist. Millions of dollars us heavy women want to spend.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Those see-through pants aren't suppose to be worn as actual pants. More like tights for dresses and skirts.

9 years ago | Likes 186 Dislikes 7

Fat chick wearing size small "omg they are see thru"

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 33

Even if they're small, she should wear them the same way everyone should: Not as pants.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 4

As a female who frequents the gym. The leggings/tights photographed here are not "workout leggings" these are casual leggings (1/3)

9 years ago | Likes 102 Dislikes 4

to be worn with dresses or skirts. However, it is a problem that actual workout leggings go see through (2/3)

9 years ago | Likes 78 Dislikes 2

when worn for their intended purpose, working out. (3/3) Rant over.

9 years ago | Likes 62 Dislikes 2

I understand exactly what you mean. I just thought I'd let OP know that those specific ones aren't pants material.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Although I thought my leggings turned see-through because my ass was huge. Glad to see I'm the only one with the problem.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Google "squat test leggings" lots of reviews for which leggings won't show your polka dot panties. Some leggings only get worn on arm day

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

"Didn't I tell you the waistlines on all our pants stop a quarter inch above the pubic mound? Whatever, let's call these High Waisted."

9 years ago | Likes 137 Dislikes 1

To be fair, High Waisted pants are super comfortable. And also I'm fat and biased. *flies away on a sad owl.*

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

Pepperidge Farm and I remember when "high waisted" pants were just pants.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm fat and I prefer high waisted. Anything else sags or sits right under my tummy

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I'm average size and I love high waisted pants, they make my waist look smaller, and I don't have to worry about showing crack or whale tail

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The ads crack showing is the worst. Also why I wear momma jeans.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure "high waisted" means the designer was high when they designed the waist

9 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 1

Your username reminds me of a movie.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

little nicky?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes that cinematic masterpiece.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

more like high wasted, oh ho ho

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

and totally wasted

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0
