This bumper sticker made me think of the quote below

NihiDae
"I am a fucking coward and come from a family of cowards"
Misteree8
I agree. Same as this douche
SinisterSlaw
I don't have an issue with people owning guns. I have a few that are always locked up and unloaded. Its when people make gun culture their entire persona that scares the S out of me. If you consider your guns your "family" you are not mentally stable enough to own firearms.
ThomasThundersword
as a gun guy, a lefty true, but like i’m team “full auto should be civilian legal” and “if the cops are allowed to use it we should be too”. basically except for background checks (in favor of them) your crazy uncle and i prob agree a lot on guns, even i think that sticker and similar behavior is BAT SHIT WACKO. same for the highly armed Christmas cards, guns as zoom background, etc. guns are tools, and should be treated and used with respect. not brandished like your newest bad dragon.
Glitterfartjuice
There's a white minivan with this exact sticker that is always parked a few blocks from my house. I swear to god it even has the missing arm on the y. Where was this, @OP?
meganical",
If I was a police officer, I’d pull this car over every single time because this screams criminal activity
PenguinNamedWobbles
Shooter Mcgavins car?
xovoxovox
Those are the weapons that he used to kill each member of his family.
Munchman347
'This is what each family member was killed with at school...'
Clarysage
I'm gonna assume his pets are just some hand grenades.
ThailandExpress
Someone should key the car with “Sorry bout the micropenis”
mccar7hy
"Hey, I'll shoot you." What else could this mean
dycedycedyce
i have four stickers. eevee, umbreon, the squirtle squad, and my "refuse to give up" goblin with a sword
nero4ty2
I kind of hit it off with a dad at a birthday party we were both at for our kids, seemed like a nice guy until we got to the parking lot and he had this along with a bunch of trump nonsense all over his car. Our kids still hang out but no way we’re trying to make friends with the family
Dimr3ver
This one says, stay the fuck away from my unstable armed ass.
swordsmark
Every single time a time a trumper , racist, asshat reveals themselves i silently thank them for cutting to the chase and relieving me of the burden of figuring it out.
bleepbloopbleep33
Your family is cold and easily triggered.
kanemano
that's just telling a unscrupulous person that you have $6,500 worth of easily resellable merchandise in your home.
Glitterfartjuice
That easily resellable merchandise has a secondary function that is relevant to attempting to illicitly acquire them.
Discoball10
I suggest not cutting them off.
kaltralliart
Bloodthirsty mongs need to bloodthirsty, yet only a few of them actually attend the many publicly available wars around the world, what's up with that they need more confidence
realrealluckless
Also a great "If you're trying to rob me, just shoot first and take my shit..." sign. Some people really don't understand the point of the deterrent made by way of concealed carry...
SavageDrums
Concealed carry is not a deterrent of any kind.
portraitsforfriends
THIS. Just tell everyone you carry guns and they will be careful you don’t get to it
NullNameAvailable
Hell, if the risk is there regardless, it certainly encourages "shoot before they can" mentality - conceal carry encourages rapid, unnecessary violence up front, to protect the assailant. If anyone could be packing, get them before they get yours.
unluckyandbored
Or "Show up when I'm not home. I have lots of high value targets in my house that probably aren't secured."
qyrriqat
I saw one of those in Redding, California. It convinced me I needed to find another place to stop for lunch on my drives north.
SnailsAgainstTungstenSpheres
Redding and all of Shasta county is insane. They make news in the UK for how insane they are. A fun recent move they made was turning mosquito control over to a hardware store owner instead of the infectious disease expert at public heath. This was because: "Bill Gates is using mosquitos to force microchips and vaccines into people". There are actual west Nile outbreaks in the central valley, there was a reason for professionals there.
Understopper
That sticker is like a “Tell me you’re from the USA without saying you’re from the USA”.
chicharrone
And also "let's never hang out"
Understopper
IdiotSavantTinker
I think these stickers mean "Free Gun In This Car".
TheWombatStrikesAgain
No, it says: "Hello Mr. Drone, the terrorists you're looking for are right here!"
Sageypie
I just took it as, "gun down my family". Figured the guy just really wanted to up his Punisher game or something.
schmau
„Molon labe“ takes a new meaning
zxwaffen
"Follow me home so you know where to find a free arsenal the next time I leave."
zafner
Once I saw a guy with a range bag that said Glock on the top. I asked him about it and he said it was for keeping his guns in when he was going to the range.
Why don't you just get a sack with a dollar sign on the side dumbass
IdiotSavantTinker
Alternatively, put the glock in an unmarked bag, and fill the glock bag with scrap metal or something.
NullNameAvailable
The largest amount of gun theft in the US is from vehicles - a reminder that your car is NOT a secure area, and you're an idiot if you think otherwise.
DidYouTryTurningItOffAndOnAgain
Police in my community regularly have to remind people to not leave firearms and cash in unlocked vehicles. Wtaf.
IdiotSavantTinker
If it's locked, a five-dollar tool from harbor freight will pop the windows quietly and discreetly.
Filanwizard
People still leaving cars unlocked anywhere other than their own garage with the door down just amazes me. Fun note they do make methods to discreetly store at least a handgun in a car that is also secured. More than a few pickup trucks you can find a little gun safe that fits in that storage thing between the front seats.
NullNameAvailable
If you're storing a firearm, it should be cold, and distant from ammunition. I doubt the average car-safe user does both of these things.
xedrik
Ooh look, hieroglyphs for "I am extremely insecure, and use violence as my primary conflict response."
yourlocaleconomicsnerd
It also says. Hey, I have a bunch of really expensive and easily fenced goods st home.
Ketheres
Also signs "I have an expensive hobby" for any would-be thieves.
maincarrot
Would a bumper sticker that looks like a text box that says "lol sup" okay though? And maybe a picture of clippy from Word, placed somewhere just glancing toward the tail pipe with a curious look?
RomanValkre
Yup. Violence is the last recourse of the incompetent.
NullNameAvailable
Violence is always attractive, as it's simple and always available. If your argument doesn't work, you can always punch your opponent in the face (heavily paraphrased from Anna in the 3rd Expanse book (technically an internal remembrance of Anna's, but yknow))
16bitStarbuck
Lol, I think you mean "first"
Aesonique
*first, and only.
onlyhalfghost
I do not concern myself with those who consider it a last resort; my problem is the fools who use it first and foremost.
Ih8thisSoMuch
So as a 2A lefty living in the woods of rural America my collection is pretty well represented there - yet I have no pictures of them, never speak of them, certainly would never ADVERTISE them to the world. Come to think of it the only time I ever discuss them is in exactly this context (in response to some pathetic "look at muh guns!" nonsense). I'd tell this dumb-ass what I tell all of the "cold dead hands" dipshits in my area: YOU are going to get the guns taken away with this pointless shit.
GpaSags
That's because guns aren't the core of your personality.
unluckyandbored
Never interrupt your enemy when they are making a mistake.
BosunMark
Yes they will, and it won't be by the Dems.. It will be by the guy that actually said, "Take the guns. Due process later". (Dictators don't allow armed populaces) May want to remind them of that. Most dems just want some kind of reasonable control over guns to prevent these senseless mass shootings.
weidermeijer
Who really needs to be reminded is the MSM who both-sides everything without realizing that a dictatorship will make their careers/freedom/lives much shorter.
Apollymkatistrafia
This. If I have to listen to my dumbass BIL complain AGAIN about it, when he doesn't own any and likely never will with his poor financial decisions, with his whining attempt at an excuse of "what if [insert Anyone here, seriously] wants to borrow--" Do. Not. Loan. Guns. If your 'bud' can't get his own, via legal methods or otherwise he doesn't need it THAT bad.
FlatPlutoSociety
Yep. Having guns is cool and good. Virtue signaling about your gun ownership is a really good way to put a target on your back.
FlyYouFLCL
We need more liberal gun owners. It boggles my mind the party with fascism is the one promoting the 2A and the progressive/Liberal party is against it. Globally that makes sense (for progressives to be anti 2A) but philosophically it's crazy that the political spectrum wanting rights are against the fundamental right to defense.
weidermeijer
I think there are A LOT of us out there. We just don’t publicize it.
FlyYouFLCL
There are defenitely more than people think but There need to be enough to shift the political spectrum so that it's no longer a major concern for the Democrats.
tomyironmane
You have an added risk, because if your lefty friends realized you were a traitor to their cause, they'd never talk to you again.
idiotsonfire
I take it you have some data by which you arrived at this assbrane position? Or did you just pull it out of your ass on a string?
Sasurau
sfrinlan
As a lefty, why? Most of us don't want to take away all guns or anything of the sort. I don't mind shooting sports or hunting for sport (for approved game in season). It can be someone's interest or hobby, and it can be good for self defense. Reasonable people will gladly wait for appropriate background checks and various other recommended limits. It's the "guns should be freely available" and "I'm not above vaguely threatening everyone with my guns" people that enable our mass shooter culture.
tomyironmane
Then why do you keep voting for people who call for people who disagree with them to be stuffed into reeducation camps and for everyone to be disarmed? Don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining.
sfrinlan
I don't know exactly which dems you're referring to, but I didn't vote for those. For instance, when I voted Stacey Abrams for GA governor, that's not her gun stance https://www.axios.com/local/atlanta/2022/06/16/exclusive-stacey-abrams-gun-control-plan and that's not the national stance of the DNC https://democrats.org/where-we-stand/the-issues/preventing-gun-violence There are surely some with more radical views, but not anyone I've been voting for to my knowledge.
Sooner70
Indeed. Ain't nothin' crazier than a "Blue Lives Matter" twat with a "Cold Dead Fingers" sticker. Um, Dumbass, who do you think is going to come for your guns? Hint: They wear blue....
idiotsonfire
Blue Lives Matter fascies killed a cop when they invaded the Capitol on Jan 6.
weidermeijer
The Air Force?
