It's now been 56ish hours and still no help from Lyft. Mind you, this is a Lyft owned rental vehicle. I've had to stay with the car this entire time because I live 50 miles away from where I'm at, which btw is a no parking zone. This spot was the only place I could make it to. If you rent from Lyft, be careful.
Edit: They sent AAA just now to jump start the vehicle eventhough I informed them that you cant do that if the HEV battery pack is below a certain voltage. The AAA tech was really nice, but unsuccessful due to what I learned about this system. So now I'm back on hold with roadside "assistance".
Edit: I'm 50 miles from my house, and I know Lyft will charge me for when this car gets towed by the city of Chicago.
Edit: Contacted "support" again and was told "Hope you're doing ok and having a great day. Please note that you need to complete 10 rides today to keep your account active."
