Pull it from the graphics card and use on mb. Remove graphics card and try again. Also check above suggests like RAM
Whatever cable you’re using for the monitor connection. Looks from the pic like it may be hdmi but can’t see connection.
Also check the obvious like making sure display is set for the actual connection type you’re using.
The motherboard has built in graphics. VGA, DVI and HDMI that I can see. Remove the graphics card you installed and try the onboard graphics
