AFAIK they're generally considered the best Pokémon games and are in high demand. High demand=high prices.

He looks like a young Dwight Schrute.
Ha. I knew you were a fan of chefsteps from your recipes! My favorite cooking website out there.
Cooking is almost completely subjective. He obviously likes his technique, so how about we just let him cook his steak how he enjoys it.

Yea the base broth is quite similar. the miso, soy and mirin is what give it the ramen flavor.
Pour over hot broth and serve.(8/8)
Step 7: Put noodles in bowl and garnish with things like chilli, sprin onion, sesame seads, shitake mushrooms or edamame beans. (7/?)
Step 5: Add 1tbs of miso paste, 2tbs of mirin and 3tbs of soy sauce to the broth. Step 6: cook noodles in the broth.(6/?)
Step4:Once times up and your house smells amazing take the pot off the heat and drain the broth through a sieve to get rid of the bones(5/?)
Step 3: Bring the water to a boil then turn down the heat until it simmers lightly. Put lid on the pot and boil for 8 hours. (4/?)
Step 2:Add a thumb size piece of ginger, a few garlic cloves, a few star anise and 4 spring onion the the pot (3/?)
