I can concede on that point but as I said the matter of someone being a terrorist (most of the time) is largely based on perspective
Well what's taken as a terroristic action is most often based on perspective one could argue that freedom fighters are terrorist
Just because they don't attack civilians doesn't mean that they aren't terrorists
