I respectfully disagree. Everyone knows the rough size of a banana internationally, so to extrapolate on that reference for scale is maybe the most socially considerate way to communicate size!Know your worth :)

Same! Good riddance. I think I’m mostly bitter for my team that’s still there suffering. They’ll likely meet the same fate. In my exit interview, I did my best to educate the HR lady on background and the fact that it was an unjust term.
2 weeks notice is a courtesy, and not a requirement. Typically granted when separation is amicable.On the reverse, if being let go a company may grant severance which is the equivalent of pay for a set amount of time.Chances are they’ll pretend it’s based on performance and deny severance, and apparently I’m still bitter.

Once on a road trip to California as a young man, I found a right Reef flip flop with a bottle opener! Knowing my destiny, I held onto it for multiple years until I found a left, reef flip flop also with a bottle opener.Wore them for years, no regerts. Dreams and spare parts do come true
It’s easy to look at rock climbing and poke fun, but it’s a calculated risk, takes practice and experience like anything else, and is an incredible experience. If you know what you’re doing, it’s awesome.You don’t start off doing this, you start bouldering, small climbs w no real risk. Logic here is flawed imo
I wouldn’t even think to colorize my design sketches, but this is awesome! Great finished look too!
