I feel that if some how Biscuit ever gets kidnapped the internet will rally for a search and the free biscuit campaign will start.
I think they ment a crafting pattern to make another Biscuit so they could have a friend.

File restore with programs, you would be amazed how old are the files you can actually restore sometimes. 3/3
It hides and makes the hard rice think it now has more space and waits till another file gets added to overwrite it, which way you can do2/3
Technically you can undelete the file because the way windows works. It does not really delete it makes it unaccessible by normal means. 1/2
Probably trained to not jump over the fence but digging under it, to go next door to play with other dog is a loophole.
