They don't train in their gear. That gear raises your center of mass by quite a bit. Now add the mud, and you have this.

People who have acquired resources are no smarter than anyone else. That is one of the great societal mistakes. Wealth does not equal, mirror, or represent intellectual capacity. And it certainly does not convey superior decision making.

THIS WAS A GOAL. He Katrina'd them. Wipe them out, buy up land for pennies on the dollar, so his buddies can develop the shit out of it while we buy our beef from Brazil who is wiping out the rainforest for cattle. Just like wiping out the 9th Ward in New Orleans, just like the bullshit response during the Palisade fires.

I do like it when something just comes out perfect, but in this case yeah it needs to have finish work. I also didn't have a gray filament that matched what I wanted, which was the original 1980 LEGO gray.

Support at Cult said it was taking time to index it, which can be a while. It's there now - thanks for checking!

I have a 1x1 clear red stud somewhere for the end of that blaster. Just can't find it. I'll have to add it when I do.

That is utterly amazing. Wow. Truly. Never thought of anything remotely like that.

We’d build our stuff and sit on opposite sides of the room and throw batteries at each other’s stuff.

War is hell.

It can be a real drag! Very finicky.

Yes definitely. Also hard to find in 2.85/3mm.

Wow I don't even remember this one.

That would be somewhat large!

Hahaha yes there is a response up there ^ where it was brought up. I thought some alternative (with proper intent) might be "1:1 Human scale" or something like that?

1 month ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, and a lot of the time people would base it on different heights and lengths, arm, leg, etc, but the minifig doesn't have an adult human size ratio. So I decided to go with the grip size.

Additionally, the minifig’s hand is as tall as it is long, which adds to how short the handle is.

Ah. Ok so a 1:1 model of the LEGO part would be.. the same size as the original. hahahaha. Ok. 1:1 Human Scale? or maybe just "Human Sized" and keep it simple.

Ding! Hahaha. It will also tell you which sword is the LEGO sword when someone has to pick one.

Have you done this with PLA? Or just ABS? I've acetone'd ABS before but not PLA.

Thanks!

True, I've looked at some sort of push to talk here. Or a conductive transparent area between the "phones"

They're getting cheaper, but also eats up time. They say either you have a hobby 3D printing, or a hobby maintaining a 3D printer.
