TBF, Centaurs are a bit of a thought experiment already, due to the fact that they'd clearly have two of a lot of things humans and horses only have one of.Given that they already have two sets of ribs, two spines, etc, I would imagine it fully believable for them to have two sets of mammaries.

What about instead of indentations at the beginning of paragraphs, use really small font sentences like that, and the length of the sentence is the same as a TAB press?As well as, you could, instead of having a blank space between paragraphs, again put background color matching text.
