As a Sigma, I often get a good laugh out of these 'alpha' males. It can be tricky messing with their brains because they have so little and it works on primitive motivation. I would love to do an AI interview. After 40 years as a software consultant I did a LOT of interviews. I told jokes, I controlled the discussion to find out what I wanted to know, I tried to help them think of questions they wanted to ask (I wanted them to ask me). My interviews were freewheeling high functioning round tables.
