Deadman Wonderland by chance?
I saw this sign several years ago. It's not new. They're advertising why they're a good place to work. From what I've heard, they really are

Aside from the taste, there's carcinogens in the water that the local gov isn't interested in fixing/can't fix. Brita can't get that out. :(

Southeast TX. It's where I live now. I grew up 10 minutes away and the tap was delicious, but I moved after school and now I'm stuck buying
enough water for human consumption. Still suitable for bathing and washing dishes and clothes but should not be ingested. I hate it. /2
