Thank you all. I am doing Better. Just took me some time to sort out my anxiety and next move in this next chapter of life
This year has fucking rolled me.... Son diagnosed Type 1 diabetes and in the same day I fell asleep behind the wheel getting his stuff ready for the hospital after pulling a night shift (He was not in the car). Rolled the car and watched a poor woman die in the ER while I was there. Then got laid off my very long term job... I am going to go drink... and try and survive this year..

While I hate the Orange Turd in Chief, I don't think the loss of tech jobs due to AI is his direct fault. Its more businesses being shitty and trying to cut cost/employees
If you are being sent home to somewhere you escaped from. A lot of these people were seeking asylum

In my past when I was living paycheck to pay check I put some money in a shoe box under my bed. It had a note from (prob drunk me) saying "Next ones one me". I found it one day laughed my ass off. Then I went out and had a good day.
