Good polar alignment means the mount has less work to do - try to get as close as possible. Good balance will also help guiding.

I know, such a double edged sword. I can only hope as each successive round of satellites go up, their albedo will be reduced.

TL;DR I have a camera attached to my telescope and I control it all with my computer. I can get into greater details on stream.

Some nights, while stargazing or researching this info, I have small existential crises. It fades quickly and I go back to enjoying it all.

narrowband OSC filter. Used 30 dark frames for calibration. Shot at 420mm with a Skywatcher 72ED refractor. Love that scope. 3/3
right now the sun doesn't get low enough for astronomical darkness, so I only have about 3 hours a night to image. Stock camera with a 2/n
4min subs - there was about 25.5 hours worth, but poor exposures were discarded. About 6-8 different nights. I'm high enough North that 1/n
