I just use 2 different hairsprays, a weaker one to get it in position and a stronger one to set it. Strong one first clumps up too much. Hold it in position and blow dry it so it sets. Brush it out and go again a few times until it's right, takes about 15 mins

I think this comes from knowing some people that are like "I'm a bit hyper today Im sure I've got ADHD hehe" and not wanting to sound like one of those people. I've struggled with anxiety most of my life so maybe I'm overthinking it
I resonate with most of the ND and ADHD stuff but I how do get checked out without telling the doctor I read a bunch of stuff online and I think my brain is broken? I don't need a diagnosis but it helps to know why I am how I am. It was a relief when I got my Tourettes syndrome diagnosis after struggling with tics for several years. In the UK if that makes a difference.
