My post isn't about ticket scalping,
Not gonna happen, scalping is just buying and selling, you can't ban buying and selling.
Yeah but some people arent willing to wait and are happy to pay high prices from scalpers, why not have them pay high prices from suppliers?
Which is a shame, but eventually the people willing to pay high prices will all have what they want and scalpers will have no customers.
If some1 is willing to pay up to $1000 when the MSRP is $500, what makes you think they'd be willing to pay even more if the MSRP was $800?
Supply and demand is economics 101, if demand > supply scalping happens. Increasing price reduces demand. Eventually supply = demand

also no one makes 2D animated movies any more, and I'd have to see a 3D animated Earthworm Jim in action before I can tell if it works
