So DAs don't persue risky cases at all. Bringing rapists to trial would lower their #s. Instead they plea deal for 'time served' + parole...
DAs jobs & pay depend on them having high conviction rates. "Soft" plea deals yield those high conviction rates. Real trials come with risk.
So you can't keep doing that in the US, UK or Germany without getting caught. They know everyone's faces. Mrs Kravatz works for homeland now
