This did not work as advertised. First, I clicked on the link and got a 404 error. Then I manually typed the address he gave: unplug.toddmaffin.com. That address resulted in the warning you see here. I bypassed the warning and reached an actual dangerous site that tried to tell me that "all my files were about to be deleted."I like the idea of protecting myself from untrustworthy corpos and governments. This guy isn't helping.

I stopped at a motorcycle shop to check on Bluetooth accessories when a torrential Florida rainstorm hit. I bought the Bluetooth and a new rain suit and called my mom in her nursing home. Described the thunder, lightning, and sheets of water on the ride home, to her delight. In her last years I'd often call her while I rode, describing the travel. She loved the vicarious adventure.

If they live on a steady media diet of Faux "News," OAN, and Rush Limbaugh reruns, they probably are more concerned about the "trans invasion" than an aggressive nuclear armed military invasion of a close friend of the USA. I used to get a military discount when I bought my boots from Danner (I work outside walking A LOT on pavement, so I burn through a $270 pair in 9 months.) I can't get that discount anymore unless I go through a fucking APP. I refuse; too much work and too much loss of privacy.
