He's terrified of crows, they bullied him and tore up one of his ears when he was loose
He's such a sweetie, I don't get mad at him when he's scared and taking it out on me. He loves kisses, and will kiss your face.

Your cats are amazing. Mine are terrified of the rabbits and don't mess with them. The dog loves them, they're her babies.

Awe, I'm jealous, I had my parakeets for 10yrs(cancer and an accident) and they never loved me like that. They were wild raised though
Hopefully there'll be more. I'm waiting on more babies

His favorite way currently is digging at my shoulder and yanking my clothing when I won't let him loose during health checks or something

We built him a large cat proof plexiglass flight cage about 17yrs ago. It had natural branches. And he loved meeting new people.
It was hard, I've noticed it about my rabbits when they get really sick. But this was so much harder to cope with.
Definitely. His little brother is a Conure who's 10yrs old. And depending on what you see that's either middle aged or senior.
It's rare, but it happens with commitment to their care
