I lived in SF for 18 years. Peak accomplishment of my life was when I would walk in to three separate bars a shot of Jack and a Budweiser bottle was placed in front of me without words. Just a good warm feeling

Lived in SF for 20 years, California my whole life. Ask someone on the street in SF or CA, chances are they came from outside California. People come to CA because it has more resources and a temperate climate. Yes, it’s bleak here, but we are taking care of a lot of the rest of the country’s poor and less fortunate

Yep. Cop gave us a chance to dump our beers. My friend hid his and said it was unlawful search and seizure. Cop gave him an Open Container ticket. Which he then ignored. Next time he mouthed off to a cop and they ran his ID he had a warrant out for failure to appear. Spent a weekend in the clink. Fucking idiot
