I’m so sorry her condition is worsening, hope you take a bit of comfort in knowing your love and care sustained her 22 years and you’ve giving her the best life a cat could have
If people were really concerned about stopping sexual assault, they’d lobby to change the system and not suggest to random strangers on the internet to report their trauma to the police in a system set up against them.

Worked in an enviro lab. For reference drinking water has to be in a pH range of 6.5-8.5 per my state’s regulations.
