I lost my mother too a while ago, health issues. My mother was the best she could be, but she was stubborn. and we argued a lot. I did not hate her, but when she passed it took a while for it set in. everyone is different, everyone reacts differently. I didn't cry at her funeral, I only cried later for a minute in private. I felt weird about that, like I knew I was hurting but I didn't feel the need to let it out. sometimes I have to remind myself still that she is gone. loss is strange.
nah. (spoilers beyond.) In Dread her Metroid DNA is a huge plot point. and while it supresses the X DNA I don't think it completely "removes" it because she's still capable of absorbing and utilizing X genes. that "could" be from the metroid part still but I think it's a semi-safe bet to say she still has the beneficial qualities of X in her genes. The real mystery (MAJOR SPOILERS FOR DREAD ENDING.) is if her Metroid genes are now fully removed, or just suppressed by the end of Dread.

Vic Mignogna, the actor playing Kirk in those clips. He was a prominent voice actor as well, most famously known as Edward Elric in Fullmetal Alchemist, and Broly in Dragonball. it's a whole can of worms with allegations placed against him and people get very passionate about it. the allegations were dropped in court but he still lost his career over it.

yeah, Evercold is the new expac. Dawntrail was FINE. (despite what many people say) it was just a tough act to follow Endwalker. it has flaws and drawbacks but people hated on it way too much just because it's a "7 or 8/10" instead of a "9+/10"
considering 11 is still going, we'll probably run 14 forever. I've been going on a decade myself. slowed down a good bit but still deeply love and play each patch/when I have time

#1 can't speak for everyone, but. Relationships are hard to maintain as a (biologic) man without a partner who understands your wants and needs. even if it's just a need to be alone for a time. Documentaries however can be very helpful in shutting your brain off while learning about a niche topic. but idk maybe I'm projecting.
