Back in early Imgur it was an auto downvote for a selfie. Even if you’re hot; still downvote to prevent it turning it into fb/insta etc… perhaps it’s that.
I do know for a fact, something like the above was proposed in a major department store but tracking your location to map common areas of interest so they would know when you “deviated” from the norm and send you a sales assistant to “help” you. Once proposed to a focus groups tho it was shot down because people felt uncomfortable about it.

I have one of these- and yes. It’s carved wood usually; covered in wax; then painstakingly and one by one beads are added with a needle.
Ironically both are true…tall and can’t kick so win win.

My recipe- two ice ICE COLD blue Gaterades, one excedrine migraine, and one Sudafed sinus pill. But even then you have to catch in its first 30 mins for it to work and you’ll still have to deal with the after effects (that feeling of someone blowing on the inside of the back of your skull)
