Doesn't it depend on how the question is posed? I doubt that the average person knows the number of Jews, but do know that many Jews died.
A few weeks ago he did finally institute a mask mandate after 2 months of optional mask wearing.
Ohioan here, his response in the first couple months was great. Since May he's acted like a typical Republican governor.
