All major aquariums regardless if they are seaworld or not will always push for conservation and education
There are ocean enclosures which are larger and... well.. in the ocean. Only issue is the public can't see them.

The shows are flashy but the species is unable to be cared for properly. Unlike fish their habitats are unsuitable
