For real though, buy some panty liners. Fold one in 3rds, use the other to stick it to your heel. Golden. My boots never felt cozier.

But what do you do with that 5,000 pounds of plastic trash now? Not that going into the ocean is better.
As a side note, white stuff can also be sulfur. We have a lot of sulfur ponds here in Montana. Pretty neat @OP!
