Strong starting list. Only recommendation I would make is don’t rush with One Piece. Lots of world building and easy to miss if taken fast

Naruto and Bleach end at roughly the same amount of manga volumes, 72 or 73. Unless you count Boruto they are the same length

I did watch the anime way back when. The anime storyline was...interesting, but I enjoyed it. I liked the manga a lot more though
