Why wouldn't he love it? Corporations are making more money -- and prices will not go back down (other than gas, I suppose), definitely not to the pre-war levels, even after inflation subsides, so they'll keep those increased profits for a long while. He's already stated he doesn't give a shit about the financial situation of his citizens.
