we used to call her "Kotyona" when she was little in a sort of sing-song way, and then just lost the "ko" part. "Kotyona" is a sort of derivative from "kotyonok" which means kitten.

Yup! Both in the batter and the frosting, but the beer is reduced first. Tbh I think I prefer regular brownies, and the frosting is a bit too sweet and overpowering to my taste, but they are still very enjoyable!
