Day after day of reading about Israeli atrocities combined with the constant messaging that they were being done by - and for the benefit of - the Jewish people and eventually I realised I'd stopped talking about Israel or Israelis and started saying Jews and Jewish people instead.It was one small step into antisemitic thinking, and all because I was so angry with nowhere for that rage to go.
