Every time I change my cellular plan, I swear I sign more documents than anything else I've done, including getting a car loan and purchase.

They interview everybody leaving Ben-Gurion. I'm Israeli, non-Arab, have flown a dozen times, and I get the questionnaire.
The argument is that socialized medicine works badly, not that it only works badly in Europe. Also, I was raised in America. :p
America is middling in multiculturalism (source: Pew research) amongst Western countries. It doesn't have to be an obstacle.
