When humans need to adapt to something, they make a tool for it
Clothes, masks, shoes etc are extra somatic adaptations, which are adaptations we make outside our bodies.

It is viable research, satellites alone have contributed so much to the development of the modern world, both socially and economically
They didn't launch the money in to the atmosphere, that money was used to develop manufacturing industry, train personnel etc

This may sound like a small difference, but really it does make for quite different techniques of research, study and interpretation.
But for History it is the written record you study. Excavation results are far less important important or indeed, relevant.
In archaeology your most important information is what you acquire through excavation and survey. Historical records should only aid this
Very true, but there is a considerable difference between archaeology and ancient history (or any history for that matter).
Archaeology eh? Sounds like he was learning ancient history instead.
When disposing of a body in a peat big, skin it first.
