I tinker and make things. I used to have one of those "if you find this in my profile and get it to the front page" things, but now it's gone. Sorry.
Wil Wheaton is a genuinely great dude, and has been forever. He's one of my favorite audiobook narrators too. I wish him all the success in the world.
_That_ is a jury of your peers. Terrifying, isn't it?
There's so many good answers to this question. My favorite is "my wife's business".
Oooh, I like that top. My wife would like it even more.I gotta up my shopping game.
Good. He can stop suffering once he stops using his vast wealth to inflict that suffering on everyone else and starts using it to solve _literally any real problem_. This is a man who could single-handedly solve world hunger, or US healthcare, or homelessness, or so many other things... and simply chooses not to.
I gotta ask: where'd you get that swimsuit? I love it.
The boobs help. Whenever I'm feeling beaten down by the bigots, I just look down and think "naw, still worth it."
I'm having a really hard time picking my _first_ cosplay (or event Halloween costume, if I'm being honest.) I don't know how you professionals do cosplay after cosplay for years.
I think this guy may have some deep-seated feelings he doesn't want to acknowledge.
I never cease to be impressed by the variety of your wardrobe.
I wish I could have as much confidence in anything as much as this woman has confidence in her boob tape.
That's quite the pointy... Oh. Elbow.
Noooooooo!
What. The Actual. Fuck.
This election is absolutely not going to be fair. We're going to have to vote in such overwhelming numbers that we overcome the huge amount of cheating that they're going to put in our way. 51% is not gonna cut it.
What I do _outside_ my hormone measurements is my business.
If she's using her teeth instead of proper phlebotomy techniques, I think she's lying about being a scientist.
I lost the game.
When it comes to my hormone levels, I want science and numbers; not a sexy lesbian sommelier.
You'll note that they aren't talking about cis male inmates raping trans women. Because that's what happens if they put us in male prisons.
This, right here, is why I won't even visit Texas. Which is a shame, because I've enjoyed my time there in the past. I really hope things improve there so I can visit again someday.
What an interesting way to admit that you never studied biology past 8th grade. :)
Really living up to that username. I appreciate your commitment to the bit, if nothing else.
Oh no, Ashley is posting often, whatever shall we do?
Sad to say, but I agree; it's self-solving. If someone wants to deny their own healthcare for stupid reasons, that's their choice to make. I'm only going to get pissed when they force that same stupid decision on their kids. (Which you know they are.)
I'd really love it if conservatives would remember that the role of government is to help and support the people, rather than the corporations. We can debate how to help, how much support to give, etc. But we have to *start* by remembering the goal.
Color me jealous. Those are spectacular.Glad you and your friend are doing better! And happy we got to celebrate with you on this fine Tuesday.
I'm starting to wonder if Trump's condition is contagious somehow. It seems like everyone around him ends up batshit crazy.
If their ability to provide the content is under a limited-time license, then they should not offer a "buy" option to that content. The fact that they didn't have rights to stream the content indefinitely doesn't absolve them of responsibility, because they presented the option as if they did.Steam handles this well. Their vendor terms give them *indefinite* license to distribute purchased content. If the publisher pulls the game, you can't buy it but owners can still download it.
Why are we not naming and shaming the company in question?
