Okay here's what I can do for ya I can give you all the ingredients but not exact amounts and I can't say whether or not THEY ARE IN ORDER based on quantity largest to smallest and section: heavy cream, milk,plain cream cheese, condensed milk, 62'C heat. Sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, a ladle and a whisk several times. 82'C heat, constant whisk. A container, a cold cloth on a counter.Frozen strawberries, sugar, aperol, chambord, vanilla, heat, pectin, fridge, time.
Even here in redneck Alberta you'd get a chuckle and then probably beaten to death with a set of truck nuts for something like that

To hopefully keep the roots shallow in such a large space I cheated a bit compared to traditional bonsai as far as I know and used a gradient of substrates below the soil to in theory promote lateral root growth
Also they haven't seemed to stretch any further since repoting
The weird thing is those flame trees sprouted 24 hours after sowing and grew to nearly that size within 3 days. I transplanted those 2 or 3 days ago from an open germ tray. As for my light source I'm using the small LEDs just for the germ trays. For the seedlings unfortunately you can't see but I have a 59W grow light directly above.
