I've been sitting in complete silence for hours. When he placed that block, suddenly a "what?" slipped out of my mouth. Kinda scared me.
It was! It would have been even better if it was fresh chicken, but mine was frozen.
I used this Cajun chicken rub, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper. Cooked it on low and in olive oil.
Whoops. Don't I look stupid now. I'm not on a weird diet, I just don't have the time or energy to cook and vegetables are expensive...
