In terms of Labor VS leadership women hold leadership positions in a about 35% of jobs in the US. At the C suite level it's around 30%. I put true in quotes because if you remove women that are only pursuing part time work then the numbers line up better. This is one of those things where time is on women's side and it will skew in their favor in the next decade or so.
