This ruling means that the few trans people who did go through the whole process to get an official certificate confirming their new gender/sex wasted their time - those certificates are now worthless. It also confirms that trans-inclusive, single-sex spaces are now presumptively illegal. The terfs are right to celebrate; the court accepted everything they said.
