@OP: usually there's some type of event space you can link into on Steam where there are cosmetics you can get in exchange for points. Is it all good? Absolutely not. Is it all bad? Also no.
Makes sense in medicine, data analysis, and summarizations, but it has no place in creative spaces. The folks pushing that are untalented and the folks who rely on AI are going to be dumber for it
