I know there's no cert for emotional support animals, but in Canada there are many steps a dog has to go through in order to be called a service animal.

If you're thirsty, you're already dehydrated. Having reasonable amounts of water all day prevents dehydration, because frantically chugging water every 8 hours isn't great for you.
