Depends, if you get it from a shelter then it's 8-12 weeks depending on area. If your neighbor has a litter of cats and asks people to help take them there's really no limits.

I cannot describe the sheer blind rage that clip instilled in me in so few words. How so many people can support the right at this point is beyond my understanding.

Why not just make the deck stable and freestanding independent of the house? Hanging it off the house like that seems like it would just put unexpected stress on the exterior framing/foundation.

I'm a fan of furry art, but I'm always a little unsure of the mechanics, like here we see what looks like a character with glistening skin but it's also supposed to be fur? It's not clear. (Yes I'm aware that fur can glisten, but that has a fairly specific look/texture, eg. horse hair)

The ruling was that it protects state/county/municipal employees by allowing them to not use preferred pronouns. In my opinion when it comes to official proceedings they absolutely should be compelled. It's tantamount to using the wrong name.

Glue and prayers probably. Though I have seen a few that do it with cleverly hidden wires or fishing line.
That checkerboard technique to spread out the batter was incredible.
