Yeah def, seems like his anger got the best of him. Should probably have said motorcyclist was most def speeding.
Motorcyclist was most likely speeding, passing in no-passing zones. Officer chasing after him then ramming him, pulling his sidearm+kicking.
Wow, they were both in the wrong but does not excuse the LEO actions. He should have been put on non-paid leave to think about his conduct.
