Oh hey I used to gave that job. Stairs with corners were the worst but also most houses had a door or hallway so narrow that we almost always had to take the doors off the fridge and the house and it STILL only just barely fit. So many times people would order the biggest, heaviest one without thinking on how it would get into the house. Then, if you got the tiniest scratch on the thing or a wall then they go nuts.
