Yeah honestly its not even just "white" people either. There seems to be a growing amount of xenophobia and countries not wanting any outsiders.

They finally started getting rid of child marriage and imposing min age for marriage. They would hide behind the power of the church and often still do.

Yeah I get that. Just in my experience dealing g with hospice providers the PAs and the NPs doing all the work seem to know just as much as the doctor but are much more empathetic and caring. I know the doctor is probably stretched thin but the lack of actual concern is just meh. I know its not all doctors but yeah.
