Yay, thats it, they are all buddies now and fine with each other :)
One of my cats tends to inhale his food too - but just so he can make rounds on other cats bowls as well before they eat their portions. So he got himself sentenced to slow-feeding bowl and now he finishes round the same time as the rest of the pack ... ehBut now i have a little foster from shelter and she is super slow and much smaller and i have to stand guard each meal and fend off 3 "never ate in my life" beasts
#1 oh the big boy fangs are slowly coming out, they grow so fast
They make sure I get up on time for work - even if there is no work that day. They make sure I stay active and move around the apartment to pick up toys then throw them - so they can chase, catch but never bring back, just sit-stare and wait for me to come and throw it again. They welcome me every time I come from work - cuz they know its feeding time. They snuggle with me in bed - but only in winter to steal some warmth from me.I would kill for them and die for them :)
Well, if your payment card gets into this trouble, the only right way is to deactivate it the minute you find out and get a newone issued - holding to it hoping it doesn't repeat is ... not smart. Dunno bout USA but here it takes just one click in my bank app to cancel a card and ask for replacement. And regarding paypal - change password and erase the card and honestly use a verification for any payment charged to your paypal - so it doesnt get processed without your agreement and knowldge.
Crumpled store bill into a small paper ball, one of my cats can play with that for half a day. Goes nuts after those :)
Ye, i've seen what a great job you did. :-) Just wanted to keep you aware that those "safety" locks are not 100% safe. Those voids will have the best home with you for sure. And poor Sid, had to be such a scare, good you caught him in the end :) My void sends greetings to your boys <3
Just don't do the bells, ever, please, its torture for their sensitive hearing :) Also they are still quite lightweight for the "safety" lock to work properly, to wrestle free when hanging by it, so make sure they have nowhere to get stuck on those collars up high :)
It is extremely hard, one of my first kitties from shelter that came as a bonded pair took 3 months to be comfy with me just walking past her without running away. And another 3 months to let me pet her :) And then half a year to come for pets of her own decision. With some its a long run, but the more worth it - she is the most confident snugglebug now, welcoming all visitors allowing them to pet her too.
started that way, but then it snapped a second into the fall :)
They are so smoll but they will grow up so fast. Anyway keep in mind they gonna be little babies for at least a year more in their heads, even tho in seemingly grown-up bodies :)
nothing bad will happen, the only issue with dog food is, that it lacks taurin twhich is essential for cats, so its not good in long-term, but once in a while dog food is not harmful - as long as they get cat food most of the time :)
Right? Just release a cat in the yard .... :-X
My one-eyed boy is used to sleep on my boobs since kiten days, being held by one arm. He demands his boob nap every day, and well, there is a difference in holding a kitten and holding a 4,5kg bigboy for an hour or so, so that he doesnt feel neglected :)))
i have more of a "don tell me what your faith is, but tell me what kind of person are you and what your values are" approach. If their values and personality are cool with me, they can worship a rock for what i care.
When i sneeze, my cats vacate the premises in panicked retreat like their life depended on it ... :(
Good luck to both of you :)
oh i would murder someone on the spot
Ye that works, i just give them 3x a day wet food :) they are used to it after few years goin like that. Kibble is more like occasional treat for them eh, i fill toys with it sometimes to keep them busy and thinking
I wanna see how thats gonna work for us EU folks :D
I have one such cat, that chomps all his food very fast so he has time to steal from other cats bowls. Bought him a slow-feeding bowl and now he finishes same time as the rest of my pack, and doesnt feel sick after a meal either. (this glutton is also the reason why i cant free-feed my cats)
Sweet baby, but she's most likely double of 10-week old - from when you got the mmessage about fostering her :) looks more like 4-5 month old baby girl
Stress from all the change can do that to them, hope she gets well soon :)
Ye, just like that, heh ... lol
My 75 years old dad loves to use the clown emoji for almost everything he texts. I just ... its hard to explain, but i have hard time telling his tone/feelings for anything he writes with a clown at the end of every message :)))
Such a cute little derp :)
I always come down to the point of how did existence of anything came to be. How did matter came to be, to be specific. All around us comes down to matter itself and its interactions and forms. So, how did that happen to be.
Got some news that she starts exploring carefully even with the new owners around, and allows being petted sometimes :) So, she's on a good way, and no accidents outside litterbox either, so proud of her.
My very first foster kitten left today for a new home (i have my own 3 resident cats) and i have no idea how you deal with this kind of anxiety. She will be a companion for similar-age rescued kitten and i know she'll be alright but all i can imagine now is how scared she is in foreign environment full of unknowns and i cant stop my tears from rolling ... meh. I guess it gets easier the longer you do it, but damn this is hard.
Title said stallion - so i was expecting him to dive into a mare's enclosure :))))
