Same here; officially diagnosed and I hate this. Took me 3-4 times as long as normal to read that mess. I skim read and the bold text really throws me off.
Those is blue sea slugs. They have a painful sting, but it's usually not fatal. The video is a joke by a marine biologist who later apologized for the confusion. Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EAto3yNhGlY

I don't love taking daily meds, but it's where I'm at right now. You sought help for a reason. This may or may not be the answer, but it's >
I take stimulants to help with my symptoms, and my hope is that by getting myself back on track I can learn to cope without meds eventually.
Like here are my current experiences and difficulties, can we base a diagnosis off of that? Them: haha, no.
Very relatable. They asked me for grade school report cards, as if I had those laying around, but settled for my rambling account of it.

Anytime! The first week feels like magic! To me, generic felt like random energy spikes/crashes; the Concerta smoothed it out. Good luck!
Also the brand name was exactly the same price (I had thought it would be more), but only available if the doc specifically prescribed it.
Consider pushing for non-gen. I started with generic, and while it helped at first, the Concerta time release was so much smoother for me.

Damn, good eye, total copy. Her insta makes me lol though; all I can think is: "hands and faces are HARD, eh, fuck it, I know what sells."
Holy shit, thank you for putting that into words.
Nice job, great transformation! The dining room lamp looks completely out of place though. Definitely needs an update and relocation!
Porto, but close.
I find it hard to believe, as this information suggest sales of >$6000/day. The real secret wood is all the paper they're supposedly making.
This is the data that powers their annoying popups: https://shoppop.herokuapp.com/static/events?shopify_domain=secret-wood.myshopify.com
I had the same thought, so I did some snoping. If it can be believed (which I strongly doubt), they made 30 sales in the past ~24 hours.
