I was looking for this comment! The car clearly messed up, but blocking him from getting out of the way is equally as dangerous. The biker clearly saw what was happening, so why not give way and let him complete the turn? At times it seems bikers think its their job to 'police' other people.

This is vigilantism. Assuming you are in the USA, we have a system of laws and courts to handle this. Someone behaving in this manner can even end up getting fined or going to jail.
These dogs don't know how to play poker. They are showing their hands then throwing in chips. But also showing hands before evertone has bet or folded. Bad dogs!
