I do not have a dutch oven at this time so I've been making some with aluminum foil. I'll have to try water pan next. My third loaf didn't rise as much but I also did same day with a late start. So I didn't give it proper time.

Thank you! This particular starter is whole wheat but my current loaf in progress is this starter + white bread flour for the dough! The one pictured is definitely whole wheat starter + whole wheat flour.
I can definitely start that. It would be limited to my dogs though lol because I'd have to get permission for other people's dogs and then explain and share 😅

Aww. This makes me so happy! I'm on Lupron injections so for many years and I am on Letrazole for 5 years and started Verzenio last week which has been kicking my butt!
Hey there! Finished radiation last week so I am technically not in active treatment but I'll be starting another type of long-term medication next month. I've got my follow up with radiation in July and my next monthly with my oncologist next week. How have you been?
